3. Add Products

    1. In the order lines, add products you wish to procure.
    2. Specify quantities, planned delivery dates, and other details.
    3. Save or Send RFQ
      1. You can Save the RFQ as a draft for later updates.
      2. Or click Send by Email to dispatch the RFQ to the vendor directly.
  1. Manage Responses
    1. When the vendor replies, record their quoted prices and any changes in terms.
  2. Confirm the Order
    1. Once you accept a vendor quotation, click Confirm Order to convert the RFQ into a Purchase Order.
  3. Track the Order
    1. Follow up on delivery, billing, and receive goods against the Purchase Order.
