3. Add Products

    1. In the order lines, add products you wish to procure.

    3. Save or Send RFQ
      1. You can Save the RFQ as a draft for later updates.
      2. Or click Send by Email to dispatch the RFQ to the vendor directly.
  1. Manage Responses

  2. Confirm the Order
    1. Once you accept a vendor quotation, click Confirm Order to convert the RFQ into a Purchase Order.
  3. Track the Order
    1. Follow up on delivery, billing, and receive goods against the Purchase Order.
