Managing your Zoho Analytics account settings helps ensure your data and access remain secure and up to date. Whether you’re resending a confirmation email, updating your password, or setting a secondary email, this step-by-step guide will walk you through everything you need to know.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Resend Your Email Confirmation

If you didn’t receive your email verification when signing up:

  • Log in to Zoho Analytics.
  • Click the Profile icon (top right corner) and select My Account.
  • Go to My Profile Info > Profile > E-mail Address.
  • Click the Resend confirmation mail icon next to your email address.


Alternative:
When logging in for the second time, you may also see a Send Verification Email button.

  1. Change Your Zoho Analytics Password

To update your account password:

  • Go to My Account > My Profile Info > Security > Change password.
  • Enter your old password.
  • Enter and confirm your new password.

Optional:

  • Tick Terminate all active web browser sessions to log out from all browsers.
  • Tick Terminate mobile app sessions and remove active API AUTH tokens to log out from mobile apps and remove API keys.

Password rules:

  • Must be 8-60 characters long.
  • Include at least 1 number, 1 uppercase, and 1 lowercase letter.
  • Cannot be your username or any of your last 3 passwords.

3. Reset Your Password (If forgotten)

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  • Go to the Zoho Analytics sign-in page.
  • Enter your email and click Forgot Password?
  • On the Password Reset Request page, enter your details and click Request.

You’ll receive an email with a reset link. Click it.

  • Set a new password, then click Change.

You can also:

  • Tick options to terminate all web and mobile sessions and remove API AUTH tokens for added security.
  1. Change Your Account Email Address

To update your primary email:

  • Go to My Account > My Profile Info > Profile > E-mail Address.
  • Click the Edit icon next to your current email.
  • Enter the new email address and your current password.
  • Click Update.
  1. Add a Secondary Email Address

A secondary email helps in case you lose access to your primary one.

  • Go to My Account > My Profile Info > Profile > E-mail Address.
  • Click Add E-mail.
  • Enter your secondary email and password.
  • Click Add.

Tip:
During a password reset, you can choose to send the reset link to this email.

  1. Restrict Access by IP Address

To allow access to Zoho Analytics only from specific IP addresses:

  • Go to My Account > My Profile Info > Security > Allowed IP Address.
  • Click Add new.

Enter the From and To IP address range.

Click Add.

  1. Change Your Time Zone

To update your time zone:

  • Go to My Account > My Profile Info > Profile > Personal Information.

Choose your preferred Time Zone from the dropdown.

Click Save.

  1. Close Your Zoho Analytics Account

To permanently close your account:

  • Go to My Account > My Profile Info > Settings > Close Account.
  • Enter your current password.
  • Click Close.
