Team Schedule – A Unified View of Team Activity
Team Schedule in Zoho Connect offers a centralized view of all your team members’ Tasks, Events, and Town Hall sessions – all in one place.
With this clear, consolidated layout, you can easily see:
- Who’s working on what
- When tasks and events are scheduled
- How team bandwidth is distributed
This visibility empowers you to:
- Avoid scheduling conflicts
- Assign tasks more efficiently
- Respect your teammates’ workload and deadlines
Whether you’re a team lead planning ahead or a colleague staying in sync, Team Schedule helps you make smarter, more informed decisions — together.
Where to Find the Team Schedule
Accessing your team’s schedule is quick and simple:
- Navigate to Feeds
From the left-hand main menu, click on Feeds to open the activity hub. - Open Team Schedule
In the extended menu, select Team Schedule.
A new page will load showing a visual timeline of your team’s current engagements.

- Understand the Layout
- Team members are listed on the left.
- Their scheduled activities — including tasks, events, and town halls — appear on the right
- View Activity Details
Click on any activity block to see more information about it.
Note: Details of private tasks or events that don’t involve you will remain hidden to respect user privacy.
Activities Displayed in Team Schedule
The Team Schedule offers a clear view of your teammates’ availability by tracking their involvement across various activity types:
Tasks & Checklist Items
Team members appear as occupied from the start date to the end date of any assigned task or checklist item.
This includes:
- Tasks from different Boards
- Private tasks (only visible if you’re involved)
Town Hall Sessions
Anyone listed as an Organizer or Panelist in a Town Hall session will be shown as engaged throughout the duration – from the session’s start to end date.
Events & Meetings
Users will appear engaged during the scheduled timeframe of:
- Video conferences
- General events
- ShowTime sessions
- Zoho Meetings
Available Views in Team Schedule
Team Schedule offers multiple viewing options to help you track activities based on your preferred timeframe:
Day View
Displays a detailed schedule for the selected day, organized by time — including task times, event start times, and Town Hall session slots.
Week View
Shows all team activities scheduled within the selected week, laid out according to each activity’s start and end dates.
Month View
Presents a full calendar view of the month, allowing you to:
- See all planned activities at a glance
- Swipe left or right to navigate between past and future dates

Note: The Month View is shown by default. To switch between views, use the toggle menu in the top-right corner of the Team Schedule page.
Using Filters in Team Schedule
Easily narrow down the Team Schedule view to focus on specific teams or activity types.
Filter by Department, Group, or Board
Want to view the schedule for just one department or team?
- Click the dropdown icon (🔽) next to the department name in the header.
- Select the desired Department, Group, or Board from the list.

Filter by Activity Type
Looking to see only tasks, events, or Town Hall sessions?
- Click the filter icon ![filter icon] in the top-right corner of the page.

- Choose the activity types you want to view:
- Tasks
- Checklist Items
- Events
- Town Halls
- Click Apply to update the view.
