Stay in Control of Your Notifications

Zoho Connect’s notification system helps you stay on top of important updates in your network. You can mark alerts as read or unread, filter them by type, and even mute specific activities you no longer want to be notified about. Here’s how you can easily manage it all from one place.

Marking Notifications as Read or Unread

  1. Click the bell icon at the top-right corner of the page.
  2. From the notification list, hover over the alert you want to update.
  3. Click the Mark as Read icon to mark it as read.
  4. Click the same icon again to mark it as unread.
  5. To remove a specific notification, click the X icon at the top-right of that alert.

Tip: To clear your list quickly, you can mark all notifications as read by clicking the Mark All as Read option in the top-right corner of the notification column.

Filtering Notifications by Category

If you’re only looking for updates from a specific area like tasks, posts, or private messages you can apply a filter.

  1. Click the bell icon at the top-right of the header.
  2. In the notification panel, click the dropdown icon in the top-left corner.
  3. Select the category you want to view from the dropdown list.

Note: You can only apply one filter at a time.

Muting Notifications for a Specific Activity

Don’t want to receive updates about a certain activity anymore? You can mute it to stop receiving future alerts.

  1. Click the bell icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Hover over the specific notification you want to mute.
  3. Click the bell icon at the bottom-right of the alert labeled Turn off Notification.

Once muted, you will no longer get push or in-product notifications related to that activity.
