Zoho Connect makes it easy to keep track of updates by allowing you to mark notifications as read or unread. If there are certain activities you no longer want to be alerted about, you can mute them too. This guide covers how to manage your notifications both on the web and mobile apps.

How to Mark Notifications as Read or Unread (Web)

  1. Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of your Zoho Connect page.
  2. In the list of notifications, hover over the alert you want to update.
  3. Click the icon labeled Mark as read.
  4. To mark it as unread again, click the same icon.

 

How to Turn Off Notifications for a Specific Activity (Web)

 

If you no longer wish to receive updates for a particular activity:

  1. Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Hover over the alert you want to mute.
  3. Click the Turn Off Notification icon at the bottom of the alert.

 

How to Manage Notifications in the Mobile App

  • To mark as Read/Unread: Swipe right on the notification.
  • To mute an alert: Swipe left on the notification.

These gestures give you quick control over your notifications directly from your phone.
