Stay Notified on the Go

The Zoho Connect mobile app ensures you never miss an important update. All your alerts are delivered as push notifications and are also available under the app’s Notifications tab. You can manage and organize these alerts easily using built-in swipe gestures and filters.

How to Mark Notifications as Read or Unread

  • Swipe right on any alert in the Notifications tab to reveal the Read/Unread option.
  • Swipe left on any alert to access the Mute option and stop further notifications for that activity.

 

How to Mark All Notifications as Read

  1. Tap the dropdown icon  at the top of the Notifications tab.
  2. Select Mark all as read from the menu.

This is a quick way to clear your list after reviewing your updates.

 

How to Apply Filters to Your Notifications

  1. Tap the dropdown icon  at the top of the Notifications tab.
  2. Choose the filter that matches the type of notifications you want to view (such as posts, tasks, conversations, etc.).

Note: Only one filter can be applied at a time.

Tips

  • Use swipe gestures for quick notification actions.
  • If you’re part of many groups or boards, filters can help you focus on what’s most relevant.
  • Marking all as read occasionally helps reduce clutter and keeps your alert feed clean.
