Accessing Zoho MA

To access the Zoho Marketing Automation platform: 

If you’re already signed into a Zoho application, you can switch to Marketing Automation directly from the app switcher. 

Main Dashboard

Upon login, you’ll land on the Dashboard, which gives you a comprehensive snapshot of your marketing activities. Key components include: 

 

Top Navigation Bar 

The top navigation bar provides quick access to all core modules: 


Left Panel Navigation
 

In modules like Leads, Journey, or Campaigns, a left panel appears, offering sub-navigation such as: 

  • List Views 
  • Filters & Segments 
  • Recently Viewed 
  • Quick Actions (like Add Lead, Create Campaign, etc.)
