Activities & Reminders

1. Activities & Reminders

  • Instantly see what needs your attention: approvals, reminders, and tasks.
  • HR-related updates like work anniversaries are also shown here.

2. Approvals

  • View, approve, or reject requests.
  • Timesheet and leave approvals are handled in dedicated tabs.
  • Urgent approvals appear in the Actions List.

3. Attendance, Shifts & Check-In/Out

  • Easily check in/out and track your logged hours.
  • View shift details or request a shift change via the Attendance tab.

4. Leave Management

  • Apply for leave or view your available leave balance in the Leave tab.

Delegation of Approvals

How to Add a Delegation:

  1. Go to Home > My Space > Delegation > Add Delegation
  2. Delegator – Select the person assigning the approvals.
  3. Delegatee – Select who will receive and manage the approvals.
  4. Type – Choose Temporary (with date range) or Permanent.
  5. Notification – Choose to notify both or only the delegatee.
  6. Add a description if needed.
  7. Click Save
