1. Log in to Zoho Mail

  • Visit Zoho Mail and sign in with your account.
  • Go to Settings → Email forwarding and POP/IMAP.

Enable POP in Gmail

  • Open Gmail in another tab.
  • Go to Settings (cog icon) → See all settings.
  • Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
  • Under POP Download, choose:
  • Enable POP for all mail (even already downloaded mails)
  • or Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on.
  • Click Save Changes.

3. Add Gmail account in Zoho

a. Back in Zoho Mail: 

  • Click Add POP Account.
  • Enter your Gmail address.

b. Use these POP settings: 

  • POP Server: pop.gmail.com
  • Port: 995
  • Security Type: SSL/TLS

Enter your Gmail password. (If you use 2-Step Verification, create and use an App‑Specific Password in your Google Account.) 

4. Verify and Send Email

  • Zoho will fetch your Gmail emails.
  • To send from Gmail address via Zoho:
  • Go to Settings → Send Mail As.
  • Add your Gmail address and configure SMTP settings:
  • SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
  • Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
  • Add Gmail password or app-specific password.
  • Click Verify (Zoho sends a verification code to Gmail).

5. Finish Setup

  • Confirm the verification code.
  • Your Gmail account is now fully integrated into Zoho.

  • Keep your password safe: Use strong, unique passwords.
  • Use App‑Specific Passwords if 2-Step Verification is on.
