How to Connect your Social Channels on Zoho Social?

Estimated reading: 4 minutes 6 views

Introduction

Zoho Social lets you manage multiple social media platforms from one place. Depending on your plan, you can connect up to 14 social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Mastodon, TikTok, Threads, and Bluesky. You can also integrate messaging platforms like WhatsApp Business and Telegram for managing interactions through the Inbox module.

When you sign up for Zoho Social, a Portal is created automatically, which will house all your Brands. Each brand represents a business or a single social identity. A brand is created the moment you connect your first social channel.

  • You must be an Admin to connect social channels.
