Introduction

Upgrading to a paid plan on Zoho Social allows you to unlock advanced features, manage more Brands, and collaborate with additional team members. Follow the steps below to smoothly upgrade your subscription.

Step-by-Step Guide to Upgrade

  1. Access Subscription Settings
  • Click your Display Picture at the top-right corner of your Zoho Social home screen.
  • Select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu.
  1. Choose Your Billing Cycle
  • Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle at the top of the subscription page to select your preferred billing frequency.
  1. Select a Paid Plan
  • Choose from the following available plans:
    • Standard
    • Professional
    • Premium
    • Agency
    • Agency Plus
  1. Add Optional Add-Ons
  • You can optionally add:
    • Additional Brands
    • Additional Team Members

Enter the number of add-ons you’d like to purchase. If you don’t want to add any at this stage, leave the boxes blank and continue.

Note: Each additional Brand you purchase includes access to eight social channels:

  • Facebook Page
  • Facebook Group
  • Twitter Profile
  • LinkedIn Company Page
  • LinkedIn Profile
  • Google My Business Listing
  • Instagram Business Profile
  • YouTube Channel
  1. Review Your Order
  • Review your selected plan, add-ons, and total billing amount.
  • Proceed to enter your billing information.
  1. Choose Your Payment Method
  • Select one of the following payment options:
    • Credit Card
    • PayPal
  1. Complete Payment
  • Enter your payment and billing details.
  • Choose whether you want to pay with a credit card or paypal.
  • Click Proceed to Pay to finalize your upgrade.
